I found out about a software called Sculptris a couple of days ago and because I struggle with my turn arounds I thought it would be great to have a go with it so that I could easily create my characters and view them from all angles. I came across it when researching Zbrush, which I was going to get the free trial for but realised they had stopped doing one a few years ago, and Sculptris was a free software that was available as a platform to get into computer modelling and lead onto Zbrush later. This is the first design I created using Sculptris and I just had a play around trying to figure out how to use the controls etc. I found that the software was fairly intuitive and simple, but because of this when I came to do more complicated things the software couldn't handle it. This was the case with the eyebrows on the character below, once I had extruded the triangles to create the eyebrows it was virtually impossible to remove them as the mesh folded and tangled as I pushed the extremity back in.
